Why we started Zunero Solutions
Built by someone who has seen AEC process problems from the inside.
Zunero is led by Brian 't Hart, PhD. Before starting the company, Brian worked in an AEC firm and saw the internal process issues that slow project-based teams down: old proposals reused as templates, staff searching for project examples, manual report formatting, repeated clarifications, and handoffs that create avoidable rework.
Brian also has a PhD in business, extensive experience in business strategy, and hands-on experience building practical AI systems. That combination helps Zunero support firms in assessing the strategic value of AI investment and focusing on implementations that can produce a real return.
The aim is simple: help AEC firms choose AI work that actually improves the way the business runs, without adding complexity for its own sake.
